Six of Pentacles, everything that you need to know about this tarot card
Pentacles have a few different meanings. Importantly they do not only connect to money specifically but they also connect grounding, security and stability. With the Six of Pentacles, it shows that there are many needy people in your life.
The Six of Pentacles on a spiritual level
Throughout life, some of us are very giving. Along with that, some people are very taking. With the Six of Pentacles, it shows this from two different perspectives.
Spiritually, we really should try and help everybody out that we can if they need it. However, there can also be people who will take advantage of your good nature. Drawing the boundary can be very difficult, but you need to do that at times.
Notice how the man in the picture is elderly and wise. As well as that he’s giving out what appears to be money to 3 people thrusting their hands at him. Moreover, as pentacles do not necessarily connect to money it could also be him sharing his knowledge and wisdom.
As a psychic medium and tarot card reader myself that’s what my job is all about. Giving people the comfort and support that they need for difficult times and guiding them along their spiritual and personal paths.
The Six of Pentacles on a deep level
On the other hand, not only can it be people possibly taking advantage it could also be people in desperation. Throughout life, there are times when we are hit with financial and difficult situations. Asking for help is something that you must always consider.
Importantly, never feel ashamed to ask for help, even if you feel too proud to do so. Nothing is certain in life whether it’s a job or financial situation and by not asking for help you are only adding to the pain.
Notice how there is snow in this tarot card and that can off to main cold and miserable times. On the other hand, the wise old man in this tarot deck is there to help you.
Even if you have to ask for charity and even use a food bank, there is nothing wrong with that. The amount of famous and successful people that have had to do that is quite astounding.
What to do if the Six of Pentacles shows up in a tarot reading for a client
Overall the Six of Pentacles should not be feared. Life throws all kinds of obstacles in your way either directed at you or somebody close to you. All this card really means is perhaps thinking outside of the box of what you’re used to.
If you are giving a reading to a client then this is all you need to do, but also follow what your spirit guides are giving you. Listen to your intuition and not only read the cards as the Six of Pentacles has different meanings.
Stepping up to the challenge and overall being strong and brave. Not everything is always going to be as bad as you think and in difficult times you often see the best come out in people.
Mindfulness is key and throughout my career I have met some unbelievably strong and brave people who have had horrendous lives and tragedies. From these people, I have learnt so much and I’m forever grateful.
How to set your boundaries if you feel that you’re being taken advantage of
Again, as I’ve mentioned above this tarot card can direct towards being taken advantage of by other others. If you are going through a time when you are particularly lonely and vulnerable, then you may attract people who will take advantage of you (a.k.a. the law of attraction).
Sometimes advantage takers can sense those who are in need of companionship and company. Because of this, they can play on your psychology and you’re vulnerability. If you notice they are using you for all kinds of things such as money and favours then that has to stop.
Wising up to this can take time, but you need to be the one who draws the line. I can guarantee you that when you do that these people will leave your life and then we’ll go onto somebody else.
There’s nothing wrong with saying no to people. And if you do not say no when you don’t feel right about something that’s when people will take advantage of you.
