Meditation!! And why is it so important for a clear and mindful life

Meditation for myself is a very important part of my life. Above all, this blog is dedicated to the benefits of meditation not only from a spiritual point of view. Furthermore, I will explain how it has helped me through some difficult times in my life and also why I find it so important. 

  • Breath Awareness: Focusing on the breath is a fundamental aspect of many meditation practices. This helps anchor your attention and promotes relaxation.
  • Mindfulness: This involves being present in the moment and observing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. Mindfulness meditation encourages awareness of the here and now.
  • Guided Meditations: Some people prefer guided sessions, where an instructor leads them through the process. Often using imagery or specific themes to focus on.
  • Visualization: This technique involves imagining a peaceful scene or situation to enhance relaxation and focus.
  • Movement: Some forms of meditation, like yoga or tai chi, incorporate movement as a way to foster mindfulness and presence.
  • Body Scan: This practice entails paying attention to different parts of the body. Promoting relaxation and connection with physical sensations.

Importantly, meditation is known for its health benefits both mentally and physically. Here are some of its main key benefits. 

  • Stress Reduction: Meditation can significantly lower stress levels by promoting relaxation and reducing the production of stress hormones like cortisol.
  • Improved Focus and Concentration: Regular practice can enhance attention span and improve cognitive function. Making it easier to concentrate on tasks.
  • Better Sleep: Many people find that meditating helps them relax. Overall making it easier to fall asleep and improves sleep quality.
  • Enhanced Creativity: Some forms of meditation can foster a more open and creative mindset by encouraging new ways of thinking.
  • Increased Resilience: Meditating can enhance emotional resilience, making it easier to cope with challenges and setbacks.
  • Mind-Body Connection: It encourages a deeper awareness of the body and its sensations, promoting a greater sense of overall well-being

For myself, meditation has been something that I have used over the years for many different reasons. Life is full of stress and anxiety and that’s all part of our soul’s growth. By using meditation I have found that I have come into a deeper understanding of situations that I am facing and things that I can do to overcome them. 

By simply calming your mind, calming your thoughts and thought process and concentrating on mindfulness life becomes much more clear. Not everything is as bad as it seems and it doesn’t matter who you are or what your social or financial status is we are all human at the end of the day. 

Not only myself, but I don’t think people know how much they lack in self-respect. Meditating is definitely a way of showing self-respect to your body mind and soul. Giving it time to heal and also giving it time to talk to you. 

What’s more, many of us don’t always realise who we are deep down. Life is an ongoing lesson with many challenges and full of things that we don’t always understand. Again this is why meditation is so important to me.

One of the best ways to connect to your spirit guides is through meditation. Certainly through guided meditation in order to bring you closer to the energy of your spirit guides.

With Mediumship and throughout spirituality learning how to work with spiritual energy is an ongoing process. And in order to do so by a meditative state of mind by clearing out any unnecessary thoughts and feelings you can be in a much more mindful and peaceful state of mind. Thus being able to connect to the spirit world. 

Connecting with your spirit guides takes time and also a lot of trust. Always be patient when meditating in order to connect with your spirit guides as it does take time. You may not necessarily see your spirit guides through Clairvoyance you may only get a sense of them through Clairsentience or Claircognizance.

You do not necessarily need to see your spirit guides. What’s more important is that you get a sense of them and a sense of what they are trying to say to you. In fact, a lot of psychic mediums and healers don’t see their spirit guides at all. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that at all.

Meditation can be done in any place. Just as long as you can find the discipline and the time to shut out the rest of the world. I always try to look at it as this is my time and nothing is allowed to disturb me. 

Find a place that you feel comfortable in and either sit or lay there. Work on concentrating on your inner peace and talk to yourself either out loud or in your head. Feel free also to call in your spirit team such as your spirit guides, gatekeeper, guardian angels or your loved ones in the spirit world. 

If you feel the need to meditate daily, there is nothing wrong with that in fact I would highly recommend it. You don’t need to follow necessarily a guided meditation, it can just be a 10 to 15-minute silent meditation. Sitting in complete silence and peace is so good for stress relief and inner peace.

Crystals are very popular with meditation. Many people believe that crystals amplify energy and intentions. Helping to focus and enhance the meditative experience. 

Different crystals have different healing properties and are very useful whilst trying to cleanse the aura or get rid of negative energy. One such crystal that I find helpful is the Tiger’s Eye. I always have one with me whenever I am working at events or at home. They are known for their spiritual protection energy.

Above all crystals really help in spiritual grounding. Making it easier to connect to the earth and yourself, putting you in a place of spiritual knowing and intuition. 

It can also just be very relaxing to meditate with crystals as they can be very calming and soothing. It should be noted that crystals are very diverse and people find different types of crystals work better for them than others.

So to put it all together, this is meditation. Importantly, you do not need to be a spiritual person to meditate. It’s something for everybody and even if you are a non-believer in the spirit world or spirituality, there is nothing wrong with trying it out. Thank you for reading my blog. https:/book/
