Do Indigo Children exist and live amongst us?

Have you ever wondered whether indigo children really exist? Over the years, I have been asked this question many times. In this blog, I share my own personal beliefs about indigo children, why I question the label and why I believe every soul has its own unique purpose. Whether you agree with me or not, I hope this article encourages thoughtful discussion and offers a different perspective.

Do indigo children exist?

Throughout my career, I have been asked this question many times over the years. It is a topic that often creates fascinating conversations within the spiritual community.

Some people firmly believe that indigo children are highly evolved souls who have entered this world with a unique spiritual mission. Others believe they possess extraordinary psychic abilities or a higher level of consciousness.

However, although I completely respect those beliefs, my own experiences with Spirit have led me towards a different conclusion.

This blog simply shares my personal beliefs. I am not saying that anyone else is wrong, nor am I trying to change anyone’s opinion. 

Instead, I hope to offer another perspective that encourages thought, understanding and respectful discussion.

Why I Personally Question the Label

The term indigo children has become incredibly popular over the years. Nevertheless, I have always found the label itself difficult to accept.

Personally, I believe that it makes a very bold statement. In many cases, it can suggest that certain souls are somehow more spiritually advanced, more important or more gifted than others. However, I have never experienced Spirit presenting souls in that way.

Instead, Spirit has consistently shown me that every soul is valuable. Each one of us enters this world for a reason. Although our journeys may look completely different, every soul has lessons to learn, experiences to gain and opportunities to grow.

Consequently, I find it difficult to believe that one particular group of people should be viewed as spiritually superior simply because they have been given a label.

Indigo Children – Every Soul Has Its Own Journey

One of the strongest beliefs I hold is that every soul has its own purpose.

Some people experience a loving childhood, while others face enormous challenges from an early age.

Likewise, some people naturally develop their intuition, whereas others discover their spirituality much later in life.

Although our lives may appear very different, I believe they all carry equal importance.

Rather than comparing ourselves with others, perhaps we should remember that every soul is travelling along its own path.

In my opinion, every single person’s mind, soul, and journey are unique. Altogether, this means that everybody’s purpose and experiences matter individually.

Therefore, I believe that every soul deserves the same love, respect and compassion.

Indigo Children – Does the Label Create Division?

One concern I have about the idea of indigo children is that it can unintentionally create division.

Although I don’t believe this is the intention, labels sometimes encourage people to think that one group is somehow more spiritually significant than another.

Personally, I don’t believe spirituality should work that way. Instead, I believe genuine spiritual growth comes from humility, kindness and understanding rather than titles or labels.

Furthermore, I believe we should celebrate the individuality of every person instead of placing people into categories that separate them.

After all, Spirit has never shown me that love is reserved for only a select group of souls.

Indigo Children – What About Children Who Feel Different?

Many people describe indigo children as children who struggle to fit into society.

Some are highly sensitive, some question authority, and others are incredibly creative and see the world from a completely different perspective. Without question, these qualities deserve understanding and encouragement.

However, I personally don’t believe that being different automatically makes someone one of the indigo children. Instead, I believe that every child deserves to be accepted for who they are.

Whether a child is outgoing or quiet, confident or anxious, academic or artistic, every young person has something valuable to offer the world.

Consequently, I believe we should focus less on labels and more on helping children discover their own strengths.

Indigo Children – My Thoughts on Ego and Spiritual Labels

This is probably the most controversial part of my opinion. Sometimes I wonder whether the desire to be known as one of the indigo children can become influenced by ego.

As human beings, we all like to feel special. We all want to believe that our lives have purpose, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

However, I also believe spirituality teaches humility. Therefore, I think we should be careful not to chase spiritual titles simply because they make us feel more important than someone else.

Personally, I don’t believe our value comes from a label. Instead, I believe our value comes from the way we treat other people.

What Spirit Has Taught Me

Throughout my years working as a psychic medium, Spirit has taught me many valuable lessons.

Above all, Spirit has continually reminded me that love has no favourites.

It doesn’t matter whether someone is psychic or not.

Nor does it matter whether someone has experienced trauma or lived a peaceful life.

And again it does not matter whether someone is wealthy or struggling financially.

What matters is how we grow, how we learn and how we treat those around us.

For that reason, I believe every soul is equally important.

Indigo Children – My Personal Conclusion

When people ask me whether I believe in indigo children, I always answer with honesty and respect.

Personally, I don’t believe that certain souls are born spiritually superior to others. Instead, I believe every person enters this world with their own purpose. Furthermore, their own lessons and their own opportunities for growth.

Although our journeys may be different, I believe our souls are equal. Rather than searching for titles. Moreover, I think we should focus on becoming kinder, more compassionate and more understanding.

After all, that is what spirituality means to me.

Summary

To summarise, I completely respect those who believe in indigo children. Also, I understand why the idea resonates with many people. Nevertheless, my own experiences as a psychic medium have led me towards a different perspective.

Personally, I believe every soul comes into this world with a purpose. Every life has value, every challenge teaches us something, and every person has the ability to make a positive difference.

Ultimately, I don’t believe that one group of souls is more important than another. Instead, I believe Spirit sees every one of us with the same unconditional love, compassion and understanding.

For me, that is far more meaningful than any spiritual label, and it reminds us that we are all travelling along our own unique path together
