Within this blog, I share all of my knowledge and wisdom about the Eight of Cups. This minor arcana tarot card has a very deep sensitive meaning. Please do take your time to read my blog and I hope that it explains everything that this particular tarot card holds.

The Eight of Cups in tarot connect to sensitivity in particular. Everybody has a sensitive side and no matter who you are we all have feelings. As a result of having feelings, we have to make deep and personal decisions on many different things. Spiritually, we are all on a journey in life to learn and to understand ourselves.

Notice with the figure in the card, they are trying to climb a steep hill up to what looks like possibly even the Moon. Furthermore, this tarot card holds a lot of spiritual and personal meanings. Our spiritual journeys are lifelong and even when we pass into the spirit world they don’t stop.

Thus, you need to remember that things never stay the same. Change is a big part of our spiritual growth and it’s something that we need to accept. I definitely can see from this card the need for change and the need to move on no matter how hard it can be.

Boundaries need to be pushed within our time on Earth. And the truth is our comfort zone gets smaller and smaller if we do not expand our boundaries. The Eight of Cups encourages you to let the past be the past and to take action on moving forward.

Certainly moving forward can be tough, but it is always a necessity.

Overall, the Eight of Cups signifies decisions and actions that we must carry out in our daily lives. Every single day is different, the people we meet and the situations that we get into are always different.

It is knowing when to move on in all different situations whether it be a job, house, relationship, friendship or just taking a leap of faith and doing what you want to do. Even as minor arcana the Eight of Cups is very deep.

At the end of the day, every single person is unique. Hence the need to pick and choose your own destiny from your gut feeling and what feels right to you. Moving forward at any age can be tricky, however, it is never too late.

Importantly, if you feel that you’re not fitting in it is time for a change. Absolutely follow what you think is right and where you feel comfortable. The other thing about the Eight of Cups is that moving forward can be done very quickly and that you don’t need to overthink it.

Due to the fact that this is a cup card, it shows the sensitivity and the thought that goes into a situation. A lot about the Eight of Cups from a spiritual aspect it’s about moving on. I definitely think that it is a situation where you see no other alternative.

Also, it can be a private affair. For me personally, my privacy is very important to me. Keeping your privacy and above all also self-respect are vital for your soul’s growth. You do not need to lead by example or follow people down the same path they are on. Notice the person in the picture is on their own and they are cloaked and hooded.

Our spiritual journeys are all individual. We learn in our own way from others but also from ourselves. Take note that the cups have been emptied and the fact that there are eight of them in total. Whoever is in this picture has been through a hell of a lot. They must have emptied all the cups into the stream in order to leave the past behind.

With this in mind, they have really taken a big leap of faith. Clearly, they are ready to take on whatever comes into their life. As the hill is very steep and very difficult to walk up, they must take it pace by pace. This mirrors life in general.

Equally, the spirit world is somewhere we learn just as much as we learn in the physical world. As a psychic medium, I have had a lot of insight into the spirit world. Mainly their way of learning is by looking back over the lives that they have lived.

The spirit world works in a very different way to the physical world in which we live. Even though I work with the spirit world as a psychic medium, I don’t have all the answers. Therefore, I am constantly learning more about the spirit world and about spirit communication all the time. You never stop learning as a psychic medium.

As there is no time in the spirit world, it works at a much faster vibration than the physical world. In other words, a day to us would be the equivalent of about a month or more to them.

Being in the spirit world for a length of time makes the spirit world learn a lot of lessons. Not only by watching the physical world and their loved ones are still there but also from each other.

Sometimes in life, you’ve just got to go for it. Whatever it is that you want to do or whatever it is that you want to achieve you just need to put it into action.

Even though the Eight of Cups is based on sensitivity and not action such as wands cards it is still as important. Never forget to call on your spirit guides for guidance and support because they never let you down.

Furthermore, when your faith is tested and bad things come upon your path tomorrow will be a better day. Nothing is going to stay the same in life, but you need to be aware of that.

Start your journey today if you have not already.
