What is mediumship?
Mediumship, is the incredible ability to bridge the gap between the spirit world and our physical world. In other words even after we depart from this world, our soul and consciousness continue to live. Death, is only an illusion. Furthermore, every living thing, whether it is human or animal, has a soul. For that reason it allows for communication from beyond the physical realm. With dedication, practice, and patience we all have the ability to develop into skilled mediums.
The spirit world, uses different methods in order to convey messages. Specifically through three main senses: clairvoyance, giving clear vision; clairsentience, allowing a clear sense of feeling; and clairaudience, allowing clear hearing. Mediumship, must always be a very matter-of-fact approach. It is important for mediums to maintain professionalism and to never offend clients. Furthermore, it is vital that every reading ends positively. Therefore, leaving the client feeling much more content, uplifted and much positive about themselves.
How I work as a psychic medium
Personally, I mainly use my clairsentience and clairvoyance to allow communication with the spirit world. Thus with my sensitivity, I can feel the presence of spirits. Gaining insight into their personalities and who they were in life as they connect with their loved ones. Therefore, they put images into my mind. Offering evidence of their intended messages. These details are so valuable in this work.
During a reading, I work hard to connect with any spirits who want to come forward. Allowing them to pass on any messages and provide evidence of survival to the client. While there is no guarantee that a specific loved one will come through in any particular reading. Without a doubt it does not mean they will not come through in the future. Love from the spirit world is eternal, just like they are. There is always a reason why certain spirits choose to come through during a reading.

Mediumship falls into two categories
Physical mediumship and mental mediumship are the two different types. Physical mediumship is when the medium’s body is being used as a vessel for spirits to communicate. Or even show themselves physically. This can also include table tipping, levitation, direct voice communication, trance mediumship, ectoplasm. And even physically seeing spirit people or animals.
On the other hand, mental mediumship is all about the medium receiving messages or impressions from spirits through the mind. The medium may get information through clairvoyance (seeing images), clairaudience (hearing voices), or clairsentience (feeling sensations). Mental mediumship focuses on communication through thoughts, feelings, and mental images rather than physical manifestations.
To summarise this, physical mediumship involves manifestations of spirit. While mental mediumship involves getting messages and information through the mind. Both types play a huge role in connecting with the spirit world and providing messages from the other side.
