Worrying about your loved ones in the spirit world
In this blog, I will uncover everything our loved ones experience when they enter the spirit world. I will share my knowledge and experience as a psychic medium to explain how they receive treatment and the help available to them.
There is nothing to fear for your loved ones or even when it is your time to pass away. Please read this blog and I hope at the end of it you will feel much better if that’s what you fear and get some spiritual guidance.
What happens soon after passing?
One question that I often hear is, “Are my loved ones okay?” This is often followed by questions such as:
– Are they angry?
– Are they in pain?
– Do they still love me?
– Do they forgive me?
– Are they sorry?
When we pass, we first enter a place called reflection. This space allows us to come to terms with the lives we’ve lived and the experiences we’ve had. For instance, if we have experienced a very difficult life filled with pain and trauma, we receive much more help. I can promise you that nobody is left out.
Importantly, entering reflection also gives us the chance to come to terms with the fact that we are on the other side. Nobody changes immediately upon entering reflection; it depends on how much help each person needs before they pass into the full spirit world. We can still communicate with our loved ones while in reflection.
What is reflection like?
In many ways, reflection resembles both worlds. However, the main difference is that reflection feels much more like a counseling session. As I mentioned before, we receive as much help as we need. Those who have lived happy lives may not need to stay in reflection for as long. In contrast, someone who has sadly taken their own life will receive much more support and love.
There is no time there and as I like to say time is a man-made thing. As they work in a much faster vibration as does reflection, thus there is no need to rush your time there. Above all, you can get the help you need and come to terms with everything.
From what I have seen of reflection from communicating with spirits, it is a very peaceful and loving place. Whoever you are, whatever you have done, there is no suffering or torment. Being filled with mindfulness and empathy from the others that are there. And also your spirit guides who play a massive role.
Things also start to become much clearer when you’re in reflection as to who you are as a spiritual being. Becoming much more connected to your true purpose.
When will you and your loved ones go into the spirit world?
Unquestionably, when the time is right, some people need more time in reflection before they cross into the spirit world. I do not believe for a moment that anyone is being held there against their will; if you are not ready to move on, you simply will not.
Adjusting to the other side is an emotional and sensitive time for us when we cross over. Typically people who have faith in spiritualism tend to cross into there quicker however not always. We are all very different and we may have more questions to be answered.
Our loved ones are still able to be with us in reflection when we are there. They are also able to help us with our needs.
Do our loved ones miss us?
Being in their world, we are still very close to our loved ones in the physical world. We are all living in a multidimensional environment. Even though we no longer have a physical form we are still very close to our loved ones.
Therefore, missing us in the physical world is not really something they experience. Because they walk with us daily and are aware of what we are doing. Their mindset is very different from ours and they do value our privacy even though they are with us daily.
Just the same as we are on our journey in the physical world they are the same on the spirit side. One of my biggest theories is that they are also learning from us in the physical world by watching us. Physical life and spiritual life is an ongoing lesson.
How long until we reincarnate back to the physical world?
Reincarnation varies, It does take some time after we have passed over to come back and have another experience in earthly life.
Moreover, there is no time and their energy is on a much faster vibration I would liken it to Narnia. Such as when you go in through the wardrobe into Narnia time there is a much longer process. 49 earth years equals 1 year in Narnia. To the best of my description, that is what I would describe it as.
Undoubtedly, I would say that the lives we live when we come in and out due to reincarnation vary. Privileged lives to very poor and destitute lives are all vital for our growth. Even if we come in for a few years to a few days before we pass over. All of this must count for ourselves and our fellow souls that we reincarnate with.

To summarize, your loved ones are absolutely fine on the other side. If you feel very bereaved, seek counseling or talk to someone. Don’t suffer alone or feel guilty for not being there at the end or for any bad things that were said.
