Tarot card of the day, Five of Cups I think all o Tarot card of the day, Five of Cups I think all of us carry internal anger or internal upset things that we cannot change Childhood trauma plays a huge part in anger and personal resentment The important thing to know is that we cannot change the past we can only learn from it Sometimes we don’t always understand why we’re feeling angry and the truth is anger is also about wanting to change things Even though we live in a world, which is to put it mildly crazy With this particular tarot card the Five of Cups it shows that we chase after things that we can’t always either have or change We’re not always going to get what we want, and we’re not always going to understand why we feel the way that we do However, tracing our steps going back to our past, we can put things right in our own way The one way I find of dealing with past traumas is to try to understand that it was not our fault When we were the victims of horrendous treatment being so young, we would not have been able to either fight back or defend ourselves verbally The important thing about the work that I do and the message that it brings is that of hope and understanding Understanding ourselves and above all loving ourselves, even though we’ve been through difficult and traumatising experiences does not mean that we cannot live with the past Please understand that shouted trauma was not your fault, and that no matter how hard it can be that was the past and we make our own future It only makes you stronger!! 💪👊👐⭐️✨🌟👏 Book your reading with me today.
